The corruption attacking us, and the will to fend it off!

I deal with corruption on a daily basis in my life. And I will fight every step of the way. And I will call people out on it. And I will remove them from my life if need be. I have been away from Aidpage for awhile now, I cannot believe the amount of scammers on here now. I will do the same here, as I do in my real life. It's pretty disgusting. Aidpage is here so we can help one another in need. Not so people can get rich quick or get a school loan. This place has lost its mind. I will come here and I will check, and I will try to weed through all the confusion, of people from other countries trying to act like they barely speak English, and need your help to get the their inheritance. I have already blocked 3 people in 2 days. And I will continue to block anyone who seems to be here for illegitimate reasons, or who is very combative. I am here to love , not to hate. God Bless you all! The Lord be with you.

Guess I'm just slow

Well I have been working very hard on another site or two thinking I was helping people. People who post they have no money and want money for food until next month or they have 7 kids who have had nothing but crackers for a week. I have been sending them links to food banks, calling churches in their areas and doing everything possible to make sure they have food, electricity, whatever they are asking for. Well tonight I got my hand slapped. It seems if someone is wishing for $100 for food you are simply to give them the money or wish them luck and not offer any kind of assistance in feeding them. If they say their mom is sick and the only phone in the house is their 4G IPhone and it broke, you are not supposed to suggest a free safelink phone to keep mom safe until they can replace their phone. It is insulting to tell them of agencies that may help them fix or give them a car if they ask for $900 to replace the transmission in their 1986 truck. I give up! I don't think it is insulting to tell someone where they can get help in their own town. One lady said her child had not eaten all day. I found a church 2 miles from her home who offered to take her a free box of Angel Food. Enough food to feed her and her child good hot meals for 2 weeks! But I insulted her, because what she wished for was for someone to BUY her and her child a Pizza Hut pizza and have it delivered! I feel like I just fell out of the tornado and landed in Oz. I have children - lets see, pizza tonight on someone elses dime or food to keep you fed for two weeks on someone elses dime - either delivered right to your door. And I'm the one who was wrong? Okay. I will stop fussing now. I am just glad that I have better sense when it comes to feeding my kids and/or I am not so stupid that I think anyone buys that we are starving and a pizza tonight will make it all okay!

Names of Nigerian and foreign scammers

Warnings regarding Charitable Donations to Nigerian Ministries

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16.

The following individuals and organizations are soliciting charitable donations for Christian churches, Bibles, radio programs, school fees, orphans, prison ministries, and medical expenses. They may be operating as a group. Some of the names are probably aliases.
I made an independent investigation of their claims through other contacts that I have in Nigeria. Some of their claims appeared to be true while others were false.
These individuals may be operating a fraud or scam. At the very least, they are beggars, con men, or swindlers.
I recommend against sending them any type of donation.
Please also understand that there is a black market for Bibles in Nigeria, as incredible as this might seem.
I am certain there are many honest, hard-working people in Benin City, Nigeria. Perhaps the vast majority are good people.... but Benin City is also the largest scam capital in the known Universe.

Bishop Mike Laju & Rev Misan Laju - they are seeking for their own glory and finanical gain.
Here are some scriptures pertaining to their ministry:
Isaiah 29:
[13] Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
Matthew 7:
[15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
[21] Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
[22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
[23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
2 Corinthians 11;
[13] For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2 Timothy 3:
[5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

"Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive." Sir Walter Scott

The following article appeaed in the Nigerian Tribune, 24 March 2008. As Yahoo Boys Take Over Edo Cybercafes
Despite efforts by government to stamp out internet fraud, many Nigerian youth, particularly in Benin City, Edo State, still engage in the crime, writes Uchechukwu Olisah.
Despite fforts by the Nigerian government to eradicate financial fraud, particularly the one known in local parlance as 419 or advance fee fraud, in the country through the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the scam perpetrated through the internet is still on the rise.
Nowhere else is this rise more pronounced than among youth who, for dearth of appropriate nomenclature, have found the business very lucrative. The youth, majority of them post-primary school leavers, undergraduates of tertiary institutions and fresh graduates of such institutions, are the ones mainly involved in this scam business.
In Benin City, the Edo State capital, financial fraud and the perpetrators, known as Yahoo Boys, have taken over cybercafés. Any cybercafé one enters in Benin City is bound to enjoy the patronage of these boys usually found tapping away on computer keyboards, sending all sorts of scam letters, claiming or answering to names other than their real ones and posting fake photographs of themselves on the web.
Besides, these Yahoo Boys, in the course of telephone conversations with their potential or actual victims, whom they variously refer to as mugu or maga, alter their vocal chords in manners that make them speak in alien accents.
Obe suggested that because of the high level of unemployment in the land combined with the high activity and awareness rates, young people could not find things to do with their hands and heads, and so, they switched over to these scam activities which he said had paid off handsomely for a good number of people.
“Although not all of them eventually make it, the fact that they have seen some of them make it through the foul means keeps their spirits high. The situation is made worse by the rapid acquisition of the knowledge and use of information and communication technology (ICT) which, of course, is what the financial world depends on for swift business transactions,” he said.
Obe said the economic implication of this organised scam could be the jeopardisation of genuine international trade between Nigeria and other foreign countries and between Nigerians and foreigners.
This, he pointed out, was because the Yahoo Boys would have duped these foreigners and, by that, wane these potential foreign investors’ confidence in the country.
“And so, genuine growth and foreign investment will be hampered,”he said, adding, however, that “it should be a challenge to policy makers to see how they can convert the skills acquired in computers by these youngsters to more positive engagements.”

About Patty09

This is true story. It did happen and it is not false. This is a warning against Nigerian scammers. Do not send them any money, Bibles, or anything.
A number of the scammers, having approached Rev. Patricia Jaynes, founder/operator of Outreach Ministries Unlimited correspondence Bible college in Clinton, Tennessee, convinced her that they were desperately in need of able ministries in America to help sponsor several financially-challenged Christian outreaches in Nigeria. For a period lasting about nine months she sent them Christian training materials and funds. They had for a time put her under the illusion that through her interminable resources they were able to establish and maintain a branch of the OMU Bible College in Idoani, Ondo State, Nigeria. Patricia paid teachers' salaries and shipped off about eighty diplomas for the alleged graduate students. She also ordained about seven or eight of the leaders with OMU credentials.  She has since broken off all ties with these people, abrogating any past certifications granted to them through her organization.
What first alerted her that there was a problem, and sent her on an enlightening investigation, she explained to us in an email, was their insatiable demand for more and more materials, no matter how much she sent.  A Nigerian mobilization officer with whom she was in contact  later confirmed to her that none of the Nigerian addresses that she had been given by the scammers existed. Through the use of an online investigative resource she discovered that every name she researched gave an address for a residence in Florida. And these people were supposed to be living in Nigeria. A mobilization officer warned her that these Nigerian scammers were very dangerous.

Patricia has passed on this warning to others on her website; listing on a separate page the names and some relevant details of those who had defrauded her and others who had tried. Patricia is of the opinion that they intend to set up legitimate looking umbrella organizations of Bible colleges and churches in the United States as fronts to funnel money, weapons and other contraband.  Invasion U.S.A.? While we agree with Miss Jaynes that this is an entirely plausible scenario, we would like to acquire more evidence -- since we haven't yet ascertained all their true motives. One sentiment that we do presently share with the Rev. Jaynes, however, is that these are criminal factions who have their own beliefs and are not spending their time memorizing the scriptures simply to strengthen their Christian walk or for any godly edification of the body of Christ, but rather as a tool of infiltration to accomplish their own wicked ends. What a pity!

One name we can confirm on Rev. Jayne's list, a Mr. A. J. Aduchi T., has also written to us requesting scripture and materials for a prison ministry that does not exist. We can also confirm that some members of their network(s) do reside here in the U.S. The following two xeroxed letters, from 'poor Nigerians' who allegedly could not afford Bibles, were snail mailed to us from locations within the United States!
example # 1 from Evang. Mahoney Muffa in Ondo St., Nigeria -- mailed from zip 17107
example # 2 from Apostle Osaro Igbiniarode also in Ondo State -- mailed from zip 37690

If you have any tips, information, evidence, or such like, that you want to contribute to this site, please email us at sneakyweasel@mail.com.
Forward to us any email requests and scanned copies of snail mail requests that were sent to you by Bible scammers and we will post them in our scammer request Data Dump, where we will also include profiles on scammers like Edomwande Austine (often reversed to Austine Edomwande) when we have sufficient information to do so.

Check our archived sites of Ms. Jayne's and Mr. Lineberry's for names and/or IP addresses of known and suspected scammers that you want to crossreference with potential ones who have contacted you.

We will post other names at a later date. Beware, you have been warned. Do not send any Nigerian any money. Chances are that it is a scam.

FindingMe

About FindingMe

I am a 25 year old that has been through many things in life. I feel my purpose on earth is to help others, that is why I am currently working as a volunteer for Americorps through Goodwill. "The ultimate happiness lies within self" you have to first find what makes you happy, what makes you want to get up in the morning, what your dreams are, and your ultimate goals.. So you may then use the one thing that never depreciates in value "your mind" to obtain it. I have had many ups and downs in my life with finances, jobs, health, relationships etc... I have now come to realize that we control what happenes to us, our destiny, our outcome in life. All you have to do is first think of what you want and then go for it, it is that simple... The greatest inventors, artist, prophets etc, all had something working for them their mind, their drive, their want and need for something more. I believe in the "Law of Attraction": "If you want something and truely believe it's possible, you'll get it", but putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don't want means you'll probably get that too. I have experienced this theory many times before.

4 months ago I was written a bad check from my employer at the time. The check was over $1,000 for two weeks pay. The check of coarse bounced in my bank account and then the employer was not trying to rectify the situation. This was a bad situation for me, because I had to pay rent, car note and other bills and since I was obviously not working for this man anymore I was then unemployed and had an overdrafted account. I tried everything to get this man to give me my money that I worked very hard for, but he decided he wanted to be a jerk. I tried taking him to small claims court, reasoning with him, emailing him, going up to the office to speak with him, calling the department of labor and other divisions, the police, everything!!! I was not about to let this man get over on me and win. It consumed me so much, that all I could focus on was making him pay financially and business wise. For whatever reason none of these things were working in my favor. This went on for four months, and in that time frame I had been kicked out of my apartment, facing reposession of my car, no money coming in, unemployed, hungry, depressed, all of the above. My life literally turned from having everything to having nothing.

After four months I was so in the hole I did not know what I was going to do, where I was going to stay, how to get back and fourth etc... I then decided to be at peace and focus my attention in other areas of my life and to not think about what this man had done to me. It's funny, because right when I let it go and started focusing on not what I didn't have but on what I needed to do to get back on track... thats when things started to turn around for me. A week before Christmas the employer(man who owes me) calls me at 8am and says "I didn't have the money then but I do now, I want you to have a good christmas and pay your bills, so you will get your money today around 12noon". Hmmm, that was a great wake up call, kind of late since I was way in debt but still refreshing to hear. A day later the tax auditors for my Unemployement Benefits Claim called and told me they were investigating this man and my case so I would receive benefits, which a month before that call I was told I was not going to receive any benefits... With the money I finally got fromt the employer I was able to get out of reposession and pay some other bills. I had found a place to stay, and was able to get back into school. Though my student loan had been in default, I was also able to get out of default without spending a dime and obtained some scholarships to pay for school.

All this being said, you have to put positive energy where needed. If I would have dwelled on what I didn't have, my life spiraling amoungst many other things negative I would have never been able to get my life together. I would have probably been worst off, but because I made a choice to do something about it, positive things began to happen in my life and are still happening.

Scammers.

Some reading this may not like it. Some will agree. I came here hoping to get a little help.

Like many people out here, and all over the country, I am one of them, a few bills short.

Since I joined the Aid Page I have only got replies from scammers through my email.

I am no longer in need of help here. I will look else where. Those few that do help the

people a little short on cash, a little behind on there bills, or just needing a cyber hug.

Thank you. And God bliss you.

Scammers

Our family recently received an inquiry for information to send us a donation.  When I first seen the check I was like wow finally some headway.  But if it seems to good to be true then it probably isn't true.  You see the check was for $4950.00  But as of today the check was returned and the funds are gone from our bank account.  The person contacted me through email and her name supposidly was Isabel Boardman and her email was isabelboardman@ymail.com ... if you see an email from her BEWARE.  It's a scammer in work. Now we are back to square one and trying to make ends meet.

Will donate $2.00

I have posted for help on another site.  Over 400 hits to my request but not 1 penney.  But I did get a check that was fake and now my bank account is now negative.  I have 4 children 7,11,13,14.  My 13 year old was born with a rare form of anemia and receives regular blood transfusions to keep his hemoglobin in normal levels.  To date, my child has received over 100 transfusions.  We were homeless for 10 months, my car was repo'd.  Their is more to my story but thats another time.

I have had it being harrassed by scammers.  So I started doing research.  The one thing I have found is that most famlies are barly surviving not living. (my family included).

I found that it is not illegal to donate through the mail.  So I am trying to start a DONATION CHAIN.  It works along the same line as an  chains  letter, but instead of sending out solicated mail to people, you would have to send  your donation to someone you KNOW or who REQUESTED it.  This is not intened as a get rich quick scheme but hopefully you will get enough donations to help with your needs.  I call this People Helping People.   I am hoping to eventually to get a website going and have all of this done through paypal so that scammers can not abuse any of us, anymore.  If this sounds of intrest to you e-mail me at workingtogether@care2.com .  The only information I need is your name and address so I can send you, your donation and instructions on how you would donate to others.
